When we eat unhealthy foods, full fat, and sugar, often think that we’re giving a special gift to yourself. For a while, it did seem as a gift.
You’re right, you are entitled to special treatment, and there is no reason why you should not be handed attitude of love for oneself. However, the way you treat yourself is the most accurate measure of your self-esteem.
If you show that you love and respect ourselves, others will often receive a cue from you and treat you with love, and the same award.
But, think again. Does self-indulgence and self-love is two things in common. Are you going to take it expressed love, if a friend deliberately tempt you with something you are avoiding? Such action is not love. But it hardly can be called treason. This also applies to the way you eat in general.

Close the book and forget the diet pill weight loss. Apparently, the latest weight-loss trick as simple as sipping a few glasses of water before you eat.
A new study has found that middle age (30s) and middle-aged who drink two cups of water before meals will lose more weight than those who passed the drink.
Research carried out on male-female obesity and overweight by age 55-75 years. The researchers divided them into two groups. The first group was asked to follow a low-fat diet while the second group were asked to follow the same diet with extra drinking two cups of water before breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
After 12 weeks, people who drink water before meals to lose weight compared with approximately 7 kg 5kg for those who do not get drunk. The difference is quite significant, ie, almost 30 percent.
