Hear durian that crossed my mind is a delicious fruit but evil as the super high fat content. But do not be afraid first, if not excessive durian eating can be just the medicine.
Durian’s most lots contain carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Not only that, other substances such as fiber, calcium, folic acid, magnesium, zinc and iron are also present in it.

More than 100 years of medical protocols, patients are usually not allowed to eat at least 12 hours before surgery. But there is a new approach to change that habit, eating before surgery can actually speed up the recovery period.
This new approach was pioneered in the late nineties by a Danish surgeon, Professor Henrik Kehlet.
According to him, the old medical protocol does not allow patients to eat 12 hours before surgery. In addition, when patients undergoing abdominal surgery, so he was not allowed to eat until a week after surgery and only allowed to move in bed for weeks.
Thus, it is not surprising that patients often experience dramatic weight loss, especially for the weak and elderly. If left like this, post-surgery patients are even more vulnerable and susceptible to infection, so it will take long to recovery.

A new study has found that middle age (30s) and middle-aged who drink two cups of water before meals will lose more weight than those who passed the drink.
Research carried out on male-female obesity and overweight by age 55-75 years. The researchers divided them into two groups. The first group was asked to follow a low-fat diet while the second group were asked to follow the same diet with extra drinking two cups of water before breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
After 12 weeks, people who drink water before meals to lose weight compared with approximately 7 kg 5kg for those who do not get drunk. The difference is quite significant, ie, almost 30 percent.
